How does it work?

The annual plan includes a monthly “light touch” outreach email, quarterly in-depth newsletter with informative articles, and once a year “best of” print newsletter for use at shows and in presentations. The plan is altered to meet client needs as desired.

Step 1      

A discovery session to learn about you and your customers or clients. We develop, with you, a list of ideas and trends that will form the basis of your content. A schedule for each quarter is developed.

Step 2

We design a template consistent with your brand or to initiate a brand look in either MailChimp or Exact Target (two powerful email management platforms).

Step 3

You are assigned a writer to create stories, updates, and news for your newsletter based on the schedule agreed upon. Two rounds of reviews and edits are built into each package. Stock photos are not included.

Step 4

Once approved, the email is made ready in your account. You hit send.  Databased management is available, if requested.
